The Menzingers is a name that I’ve been hearing a lot of recently, floating around the blogosphere and Twitter, and now here are some of the tracks that make up their third LP On The Impossible Past. The album, their first with Epitaph Records, is due out on the 20th Feb and was recorded at Atlas Studios in Chicago. They have recently made the track ‘Gates’ available to stream and download via the soundcloud link below.
It’s a pretty storming track and they certainly seem to have a strong mix of attitude and melodies that have led to comparisons with the likes of Frank Turner and The Gaslight Anthem. ‘Gates’ is the second track to be made available from the album after ‘The Obituaries’
